Keating's produces a wide range of coating cylinders for a variety of applications. Our Mega Head engraving machine was developed specifically for the metal finishing industry where deep depositions were required for cans, bottle tops etc. Engraving resolutions as low as 7 lines per cm can be achieved, producing engraved cells over 1mm wide with a depth of over 400ยต, ideal for any application where a high coatweight is typically required such as adhesives and lacquers. Where a smooth coating layer is critical we offer trihelically engraved cylinders; for both techniques we can create any desired pattern as well as producing allover engravings.
